It was an absolute delight working with Kate Moore for our recent event at Rainforestation. The organisation and planning by the CaPTA group pre and during the event was first class - very professional. In particular Kate was easy to deal with and the CaPTA group worked with us to get 1100 delegates from Cairns to the Rainforestation and return without a hitch and provided a great night of activities, catering and entertainment. It was a great way of providing our delegates (especially our international guests) with a glimpse of ‘Australiana’. Thank you to the wonderful team at the Rainforestation Nature Park! Our delegates were thrilled with their experience, from the animal encounters to the Army Ducks – it was genuinely unforgettable! The food was delicious, and the range of different catering stations ensured there was something for everyone. Several delegates who were staying for a holiday after the conference even arranged to come back and see the park during the day. Thank you again for creating such a magical night for us!

The evening was amazing, 350 people, beautiful lighting and delicious food. We started our group with cocktails in the courtyard, and moved our way through the nocturnal exhibits in the wildlife park, off to an aboriginal stage show and finally to our tables to eat and dance the night away!
